Fracspace Private Limited ("Fracspace", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Data. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, submitting your information or otherwise availing any services offered by Fracspace, including facilitating opportunities for fractional ownership of real estate assets, investor onboarding, customer support and other related services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

Where required under applicable law, Fracspace will obtain your consent before collecting or processing your Personal Data. Consent may be obtained on the Platform through electronic or other lawful means.

Where Personal Data is no longer required, we will securely delete, anonymize or otherwise dispose of such information in accordance with our internal retention practices and applicable law.

The Platform is intended for use only by individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Fracspace does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children or individuals who are not legally permitted to use the Platform without appropriate parental or guardian consent. Where permitted under applicable law, Fracspace may send you updates regarding investment opportunities, new products or services, newsletters, promotional campaigns etc. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in our communications. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, Fracspace may continue to send transactional or service-related communications necessary for the administration of your account or investments.

14. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency etc. your Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity or acquiring party, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards. 17. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the Terms and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified therein, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
